Deposit: 30% of the rental amount should submitted with the booking form at the time of the reservation – non-refundable.
Balance Due: Eight weeks prior to arrival – non-refundable. This should also include the security deposit.
Facilities / Amenities included: Daily breakfast, air conditioning, central heating, computer & internet, stereo CD player with central rediffusion, satellite TV, alarm.
Not Included: Food and beverage, phone charges, personal laundry, transfers.
Rental Period: From Saturday-to-Saturday, arrival time 4:00 pm , departure time before 10:00 am.
Staff: Manager, Chef on request, 2 maids (6 days a week), gardener.
